What is MICE?
MICE is (a new) word, which stands for Meeting, Incentive travel, Convention/Conference and Event/Exhibition. In contrast to normal group travel, the tour has a goal (purpose). While the goal (purpose) may differ depending on the company, MICE has attracted attention in recent years as a corporate strategy placing emphasis on achieving goals.
Meeting
We offer total support from proposing a plan for a training travel or convention/conference attendance including corporate inspection trip, conventions/conferences, off-site meetings or company presentations, up to operational support and, finally, budget management.
Incentive
Travel for the purpose of rewarding the results achieved by employees is also termed "incentive travel". To improve the reward for employees having excellent results, we not only take care of more effective selection of the destination, but also handle operational management and perform risk management during the trip.
Convention/Conference
We can respond to your needs from a one-day convention/conference held in a municipal or regional area to a large-scale international convention/conference held overseas.
Event/Exhibition
We can provide overall assistance from arranging a venue for celebration of the anniversary of the founding of a company or for the announcement of a new product in addition to decorations for the venue and proposing and arranging the entertainment.
