3. Personal Data Security Management Measures |

leaking, destroying, or damaging the personal data they handle,
and to securely manage personal data, Toppan Travel agents have
in place official rules and a system to ensure security. Toppan
Travel agents also maintain the accuracy of, and keep updated,
the appropriate measures needed to ensure the information is
only used for the stated purposes of use. |
4. Providing Personal Data to
Third Parties |

With the following exceptions, Toppan
Travel does not provide personal data to third parties without
the permission of the individual who is the subject of the
information.
- When required to cooperate with national agencies, local
government bodies, or individuals mandated to act in their
authority attending to business in accordance with the law.
- When necessary to protect human life, physical health,
and financial assets and when circumstances make it difficult
to obtain the permission of the individual who is the subject
of the information.
- When necessary to improve public health or promote the
healthy development of children and circumstances make it
difficult to obtain the permission of the individual who
is the subject of the information.
- When obtaining permission from the individual who is subject
of the information risks interfering with carrying out the
business.

5．Handling Sensitive Information |

Except in the following circumstances,
Toppan Travel will not acquire, use, or provide to third parties
information related to political views, religion (religious
creed, ideas, or faith), labor union membership, race or ethnicity,
family origin or registered domicile, healthcare or sexual
preferences, and criminal records (hereinafter "sensitive
information").
- When maintaining proper insurance
business operations require it, sensitive information may
be acquired, used, or provided to third parties within the
scope necessary to carry out the business and with the permission
of the individual who is subject of the information.
- Within the scope necessary to
receive insurance premiums and perform other relevant business,
political, religious, and other group affiliations, labor
union membership and other sensitive employee information
may be used, acquired, or provided to third parties.
- Sensitive information may be obtained,
used, or provided to third parties to the extent necessary
to perform duties such as paying insurance benefits in inheritance
proceedings.
- When necessary to cooperate with
national agencies, local government bodies, or individuals
entrusted to act in their authority in performing their
legally mandated duties.
- When necessary to protect human
life, physical health, and financial assets.
- When especially necessary to improve
public health or promote the healthy development of children.

the policyholder's insurance card. Please acknowledge in advance
that Toppan Travel will respond to inquiries only upon verifying
the identity of the individual making the inquiry.
For requests based on the Personal Information Protection Law
to disclose, revise, or terminate use of any personal data held
in relation to insurance policies, the concerned party is asked
to contact the issuing insurance company directly. |
