("Toppan Travel") is committed to properly protecting
personally identified information ("personal information")
that it acquires. Toppan Travel handles personal information

1. How we use the personal information collected from our customer. |
| Personal information collected
as found on request sheet when reservation requests were being
made, will be used to reply to you, but also in process of
final booking confirmation when found as necessary. |
2. Appropriate Management of Collecting,
Using, Providing and Outsourcing Personal Information. |
Collecting, using, providing, or
outsourcing to a third party personal information against the
wish of the person who is the subject of that information violates
that person's rights and leads to a loss of trust in the business
responsible. Consequently, Toppan Travel has established clear
rules for collecting, using, providing, outsourcing to a third
party, and otherwise managing the personal information in its
possession.
When a client allows us to collect personal information, Toppan
Travel will clearly specify the purpose of gathering it, provide
a company contact, and gather no more personal information than
is necessary. Unless required to do so by law, Toppan Travel
will not disclose or provide personal information to a third
party without the client's prior permission. When outsourcing
client personal information to a third party, Toppan Travel
will direct and supervise the outsourcing third party on its
proper handling. |
3. Prevention of Loss, Destruction, Altering and Leaking of
Personal Information. |
| To prevent the loss, destruction,
altering, leaking, and other abuse of personal information,
Toppan Travel undertakes improper access, virus protection,
and other information security measures. |
4. Compliance of Relevant Laws
and Other Standards.

| When handling personal information,
Toppan Travel acts in accordance with the Personal Information
Protection Law, other laws and regulations concerning personal
information, and in accordance with internal company rules.
Toppan Travel also carries out education and awareness activities
concerning personal information issues for all company employees,
including senior management. |
5. Ongoing Improvement of the
Personal Information Protection Compliance Program. |

implemented a personal information protection compliance program
that we continuously maintain and improve. |
6. Toppan Travel's Accident Insurance
Agent Business and Our Privacy Policy. |
In addition to travel related business,
Toppan Travel also does business as an accident insurance agent.
When a client wants travel accident insurance or another accident
insurance product, Toppan Travel uses the client's personal
information when providing the product.

7. Customer Contact in providing
Toppan Travel’s Products & Services, and various requests
made for Claim, Change and Deletion of Personal Information. |
Toppan Travel uses client's personal
information it collects within the scope which is disclosed
to the client in advance (as found on Art 1). Toppan Travel
sometimes contacts our clients by email and post to inform them
of information related to Toppan Travel products and services
they have used. If a client does not want to be contacted on
product and service information, he or she can inform us by
contacting us via the email address or contact telephone number
listed below.
When clients contact Toppan Travel to stop receiving product
and service information, or to have personal information revised
or deleted, please contact our staff via email address or telephone
number as listed below. When contacting us, the client is requested
